A true mystic does not read human thoughts. He
or she senses the atmosphere of infinite intelligence. Your
reading with a mystic is absolute truth, no if, no buts, no
maybe. In the presence of truth there is no confusion, no doubt,
no maybe. You leave the atmosphere of a mystic not in doubt or
confusion but with illumination. You do not seek or want a second
opinion because in the presence of truth that is everything you
need.
A psychic on the other hand, sees largely
through his/her or another subjective mentality. Consequently,
his or her impression may or may not be truth. A psychic simply
reads what is in subjective mind. Whatever he or she finds there,
that is what she will repeat to you. Namely, if you are thinking
about Tom in New England that's whom the psychic will ask
you about. Because he or she tells you things that come to pass
does not necessary suggest that he or she receives his or her
information from infinite intelligence. Good or bad thoughts that
you place in motion will find manifestation when back by
emotions. Predicting the final outcome does not require the use
of infinite intelligence. We all possess that mental ability in
varying degrees.
Another danger in basing your decision on
psychic predictions is that while the Mystic is very grounded,
centered, and conscious of his or her own surroundings, this is
often not the case with a psychic. A psychic depends heavily on
her subconscious in her mental processing. Her subconscious may
sometimes overrides her conscious faculties leading to false
impressions, hallucination, and even madness. Depending on such
sources alone could lead to mis-guided decisions.
Still another danger - When the subconscious
overrides the conscious faculties. It does not have the reticular
activating system to protect it. Hence a psychic can become
susceptible to all kinds of attacks by familiar spirits, creating
all kinds of confusion in his or her mind, and in the mental
atmosphere around him or her, including, yours. This atmosphere
can drain both you and the psychic of mental energies, leaving
yourself and the psychic tired and confused (i.e. if you feel
drained after a reading, something is wrong about that thought
atmosphere).
In the mind of a Mystic, the Christ conscious
mind, the mind of God, no evil forces can enter. The light of
love enters and the darkness of evil scatters. Truth is revealed.
Truth refreshes you. Truth sets you free.

P.S. I'm not implying that channeling is
wrong or that people who are use as channels are not the
transmitters of truth. What I'm saying is that because of
the high probability of tapping into familiar spirit- as oppose
to the one universal life flow, and since these occurrences
cannot always be proven, it is best to rely on the mystic for
spiritual guidance. What a psychic reveals may or may not come
from infinite being. To be on the safe side, if you are not
mystically enlightened, it is always best to rely on mystics for
metaphysical information. Better yet, we all have the rights,
obligations, and means to tap in on the finer energies of the
universe. Trust your own inner guide as the ultimate source to
the pathway of universal truth. If you must err, err on the side
of inner wisdom.
PPS How to know when you are in the presence of
a mystic? Is the carpenter from Galilee a mystic or a psychic? In
the presence of purity and holiness, beyond human comprehension,
you simply know through the manifestation of his or her
vibration.
